Getting to Know ong24 — Entertainment Platform
Malaysia's Online Platform of Choice
From day one, ong24's mission has always been the same: to deliver a safe, fair, and enjoyable online entertainment experience to every player across Malaysia.
Who We Are
Ong24 is a Malaysia-based online entertainment platform, founded with one clear goal — to build a trusted, accessible digital gaming space that always puts member satisfaction first. We are not just another name in the industry. We are a team of individuals who truly understand what Malaysian players are looking for, and we work hard every day to ensure every aspect of this platform meets those expectations.
The name ong24 is more than just a brand. It carries the meaning of lasting good fortune — "ong" in local dialect means lucky, while "24" represents our commitment to being available around the clock, every day of the year. Together, they reflect our promise to every member: we are always here when you need us, and we are always working to bring good fortune your way.
Over the years, ong24 has grown from a small platform into one of the most actively visited online entertainment destinations among Malaysian players. This growth did not happen by chance — it is the result of trust built carefully, one member at a time, through fair gameplay, seamless payment systems, and genuine customer service.
Licensed & Regulated
Ong24 operates under a licence issued by a recognised international regulatory body. All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent auditors, ensuring every game outcome is truly random and cannot be manipulated.

In pursuing this mission, we have never cut corners. Every game provider we select goes through a rigorous evaluation process covering fairness, reliability, and user experience. Every payment method we offer is chosen based on the convenience and security that suits the financial habits of Malaysian players.

The ong24 Journey
Every major platform starts with a small first step — and so did ong24. Here is a look back at our journey from the day we launched to where we are today.
Idea & Founding
Ong24 was founded by a group of Malaysian technology entrepreneurs who shared a common vision — to create an online entertainment platform genuinely built for local users. In the early stages, the main focus was on building a stable technical infrastructure and selecting qualified game provider partners.
Official Launch & Positive Reception
After a thorough internal testing period, ong24 officially launched the platform to the Malaysian public. The initial response exceeded our expectations. In the very first week, thousands of players registered and provided feedback that helped us further refine the user experience.
Game Category Expansion
Backed by growing member trust, ong24 began progressively expanding its game categories. Live casino with real dealers, 3D fish shooting games, real-time sports betting, and online bingo were all introduced during this period, establishing ong24 as a complete one-stop platform.
Ong24 App Launch
Recognising that most Malaysian users access the internet via smartphones, ong24 launched a native mobile app for Android and iOS. The app features an intuitive interface, letting players enjoy all games right at their fingertips without sacrificing graphics quality or speed.
Community of 500,000+ Active Members
Today, ong24 proudly serves a member community of over 500,000 players across Malaysia. We continue to invest in technology, security, and user experience to ensure this platform remains relevant, safe, and enjoyable for players of all levels.
Ong24's Core Values
These values are not merely words on paper. They are the principles that guide every decision we make, from selecting our game provider partners to how we handle member feedback.
Uncompromising Integrity
All games on ong24 use certified RNG, and the Return to Player (RTP) rate for each game is easy to check. We never hide important information that affects a player's decisions.
Member Privacy Is Our Priority
Ong24 member personal data is never sold, shared, or disclosed to any third party without explicit consent. Our Privacy Policy is written in plain, easy-to-understand language — not buried in confusing legal jargon.
Responsible Gaming
Ong24 provides a range of self-control tools including daily deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and the option to temporarily pause an account. We believe healthy entertainment starts with control in the hands of the player.
Continuous Improvement
The ong24 technical team continuously monitors platform performance and collects member feedback as the basis for improvements. Every update we roll out is aimed at making your experience better than before.
Inclusive for Everyone
Ong24 is designed for everyone — new players trying online games for the very first time as well as seasoned players seeking a premium experience. Flexible wagering limits mean players of all levels can enjoy themselves here without pressure.

Ong24's Commitment to Responsible Gaming
At ong24, we recognise that online entertainment can have negative consequences when not managed wisely. That is why we invest seriously in a comprehensive responsible gaming programme, not merely to satisfy licensing requirements.

Ong24 also partners with mental health support organisations to ensure members who need help always know where to turn. Full details about the ong24 responsible gaming programme are available on the Responsible Gaming us.
For Members Aged 18 and Above Only
Ong24 has a strict policy against participation by underage individuals. An identity verification (KYC) process is carried out for every new registration to ensure compliance with the required age limits. Protecting young people is a non-negotiable priority.
